Terms of Service
Effective August 1, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Drums website (drums.sh), the Drums CLI, and the Drums control plane (together, the “Service”), operated by Drums Labs, Inc., a Delaware C corporation (“Drums,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Drums detects failures in a running application, links them to the deploy and change that caused them, reproduces them in an isolated environment, repairs them using the coding agent you configure, and verifies the repair before and after it ships. The Service is currently offered to design partners and is under active development. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice.
3. Accounts and access
Anyone may create an account at app.drums.sh with Google or an emailed code. An account belongs to an organization rather than a person, and members hold one of three roles: viewer (read the record and see proposals), approver (ship and revert repairs), and owner (grant autonomy, connect repositories, manage billing and credentials).
You are responsible for activity under your credentials, including any machine you connect with drums login. Running drums logout clears the local credential but does not revoke the token — revoke it in the console if a machine is no longer trusted. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.
You can delete your account yourself from the console. If you are its only member, the account and everything in it is removed. If others remain, you leave and they keep it.
4. Your content and code
Your repositories, source code, prompts, telemetry, repairs, and evidence records remain yours. Drums claims no ownership over anything you or your agents produce. Where you run Drums in local or private mode, reproductions and repairs execute inside your own environment and your source code is not transmitted to us.
5. Authority and your responsibility
You decide what Drums is allowed to do. Drums starts in observe-only mode and takes autonomous action only for the failure classes you promote. Repairs touching customer data, billing, permissions, or infrastructure require approval from a named person. You remain responsible for what runs in your production environment; Drums provides an evidence-based repair loop, not a guarantee of software correctness.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, to violate third-party rights, to probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or to misrepresent the provenance of software changes (including tampering with evidence records or approvals).
7. Intellectual property
The Drums software, brand, and site content are proprietary to Drums Labs, Inc., a Delaware C corporation and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drums Labs, Inc., a Delaware C corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
